Hardwares and accessories are packaged in cartons. Glass and wooden components are secured in wooden boxes, and long pipes are protected using fiber bags to ensure safe transport.

Please provide the material and items you are interested in, the required size, and any product drawings or project photos you have so our designers can provide accurate suggestions.
Q5: What is the estimated delivery time?
Generally, it takes 5-10 days if the goods are in stock. For custom production or out-of-stock items, it typically takes 15-20 days depending on the quantity.
Q6: What are your terms of payment?
Our standard terms are 30% T/T in advance and the balance before shipment. We also support payment via Western Union and Paypal for your convenience.
